I big shout out to Parker Jones and Kimbel Mechanical... our AC went out in house, and as can be expected the house was getting up in temp, reached 84 degree in the house. Called Kimbel, spoke with the warranty dept, and they sent out Parker, after a bit of trouble shooting, Parker informed me that is was a bad motor. He was going to order it, it may take a day, but could be up to a week. But instead he chose to run back to the shop, because he had an idea, was going to speak with his boss... well he came back and got us fixed up. He finished around 7 pm. He did not have to go the extra mile and could have just blew us off, but he chose to get us going that day. A true pro, exceptional service demonstrated through understanding, care and thoughtful resolve. Kimbel is fortunate to have an employee with this level of care for the customer and with exceptional capability. They will be my choice for any HVAC needs.
